Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows me to offer your appointment to another client. I understand that life happens and emergencies are sometimes unavoidable. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out to me as soon as you can. I always strive to handle these situations with understanding and compassion. For cancelations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointment without notice, the following may apply: *First occurrence: Grace and understanding-No Fee *Repeated late cancelation or no-shows: A cancelation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may be charged or deposit may be required for future appointments My goal is never to penalize anyone, but to protect the time reserved for all of my clients and keep my schedule running smoothly.
